PREMIUM QUALITY MINERAL OIL BASED GREASES

SATURN HITEMP 3295 GREASE Saturn Hitemp 3295 is an ageing resistant , temperature stable, high temperature, extreme pressure grease based on heat resistant inorganic clay soap containing molybdenum disulphide.Due to its infinite drop point and presence of MoS2, Saturn Hitemp 3295 can withstand  temperature extreme of up to 370c continues and 460 C for short duration under normal to extra heavy loads. Saturn Hitemp 3295 is recommended for use in industries encountering elevated temperatures, exposed to heavy & shock loading and needing a centralized lubrication as in rotary kiln, furnaces foundries, ovens, paint baking booths, vibrating shafts, pivots and guide slide. It also finds application in principle industries like iron & steel, Glass, Power Stations, Bakeries, Textile, Bricks, Tiles & Potteries, Cement, Rubber, Plastics and Chemicals.

Saturn LHT 2 Grease.

Saturn LHT2 is a premium quality, mineral oil based lithium complex grease, incorporating corrosion and oxidation inhibitors. Its combined excellent load carrying ability, high drop point of? 260C. superior roll stability, goods adhesion property, high temperature stability and excellent water resistance makes it outperform all conventional industrial greases.

Saturn LHT 2 is suitable for ball and roller bearings used in industries encountering higher than average temperate, exposed to normal to heavy loads, needing centralized lubrication and protection against atmospheric contamination as in kiln car rollers, vibrating shaft, bucket pins, hot-air fan bearings, electric motor, earthmoving and mining machinery applications. It  also finds application in principle industries like iron & steel, Glass, Textile, Cement and Chemicals.  

SATURN HCO GREASE

Saturn HCO is a superior multipurpose lithium base grease compounded with finely dispersed MoS2 to enhance its load carrying ability and give exceptional antiseize properties.

Saturn HCO grease is particulars recommended for use in applications such as in splined shaft of motor vehicles, threaded spindles and guides of hoists, gearwheels, sliding surface exposed to heavy load, rotary exhaust values and pivot pins, Saturn HCO grease are suitable for use in plain bearings, slow speed rolling and angular contact bearings.

SATURN INDUSTRIES GREASE

Saturn industries is a solid free adhesive type extreme pressure semi-fluid (NLGI 00) lithin soap grease with rust and oxidation inhibitors and antiwear additives. Due to its excellent load carrying ability, good pumpability and low temperature characteristics this grease finds applications in antifriction bearing with grease with grease reservoir, crowned tooth couplings, leaky gearboxes and centralized lubrication systems in commercial vehicles, printing and packaging machines where a semi fluid grease is required.

SATURN EPH GREASE 

Saturn EPH 0, 1,2 & 3 are shear stable extreme pressure type industrial grease manufactured from lithium soap, mineral oils and fortified with extreme pressure, anti-wear, antioxidant and rust inhibitor additives, which impart high load carrying ability and excellent protection of moving parts against welding and seizure under shock load and fatigue stresses. 

Saturn EPH grease meets IPSS-1-09-005 specification and are recommended for lubrication of both plain and anti-friction bearings of  industrial equipment used in steel plants, machines tools units, cement industry, textile mills, paper mills and general industrial machinery.

SATURN IND GREASE II & III   

Saturn IND II & III are multipurpose industrial greases manufactured from premium quality lithium soap and specially selected mineral oils having outstanding anti-oxidation and anticorrosion properties fortified with anti-wear additives which impart excellent protection to bearing components against wear and corrosion. These are characterized by their smooth texture, low starting torque and high drop point, to work successfully at temperatures up to 120 C, providing a cost effective lubrication film between moving surfaces for extended intervals Saturn IND Grease meets IS7623-1985 specifications and are suitable for lubrication of plain and anti-friction bearing in industrial machinery used in steel, ,paper, sugar, textile, fertilizer and heavy engineering units.  

SATURN AA-325 GRAPHIC GREASE

Saturn AA-325 graphic grease is a black coloured, calcium soap, (NLGI2) grease containing approximately 25% graphite as filler. It has a drop point of over 95 C and a weld load of over 600 Kg. It is recommended for lubrication of equipment encountering heavy load, low relative motion like leaf springs, hydraulic rams, plungers. Slides, elevators, cables etc.
