SATMACH INDUSTRIAL GEAR OIL
A
high quality extreme pressure lubricant with sulphur phosphorous additive
system meeting DIN 51517 part 3, US Steel 224, AGMA 250.04 David Brown
ET-33/80 and IS 8406 specifications. Recommended for gear boxes operating
under heavy or shock load conditions, chain drives, sprockets etc.
Available in ISO VG
68/100/150/220/320/460/680 and 1000.

Sulphurized, Active
Saturn Neat Cut 101, 103, 106
& 110
These products are specially blended from highly refined
mineral oils and sulphurized fatty oils containing active sulphur, sulphur
present reacts chemically at the tool work/chip interface to produce
metallic derivatives which from a low friction film between the metal
surface which is effective upto 1000 C.
These products are recommended for gear cutting hobbing,
threading, tapping, thread milling operations.These products offer
excellent tools life & low oil drag out.These product are not
recommended for use on cuprous metals.
Sulphurized, Non-Active
Saturn Neat Cut 152, 154, 155 & 156
These products are blended from highly
refined mineral oils & non-active sulphurized fatty oils. These grades
are recommended for general machining on both ferrous and non0ferrous
metals and are used on older machines where cross contamination with
hydraulic oils is likely.These products offer improved surface finish and
are ideal grades for rationalization.These grades are non-corrosive and
non-staining on cuprous metals.
Sulphurized & Chlorinated
Saturn Neat Cut 170, and Saturn Neat Cut 171
The are low viscosity oils containing sulphurized fat
and chlorine as extreme pressure (EP) additives. These products are
recommended for drilling, boring, milling and honing operations on high
speed machines.These products offer excellent flushing action.These
products can be used on both
ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
Saturn Neat Cut 480 and Honilo 181
These are low viscosity honing oils containing
sulphurized fat and chlorine as extreme pressure (EP) additives.These
products are recommended for honing deep hole drilling on steel, nickel
alloys, aluminum and phosphor bronzes.They are also recommended for high
precision automatic work on carbon and alloys steels.They offer excellent
flushing action and in turn ensure excellent tool life .These products can
be offered for both ferrous
and non-ferrous metals.
Sulphured fatted and sulphured
chlorinated & fatted.
SAT MACH NEAT CUT 334, 341 & 534
These are highly refined mineral oils with active
sulphur and fatty additives, IIcut 534 is further synergized with compound
containing chlorine and phosphorous.These grade are recommended for deep
hole drilling and trepanning operations. These products can also be used
for gear hobbing and gear shaving operation on NC Machines.These grades
offer high surface finish, excellent cooling properties & reduced wear
of guide lands.These products are not recommended for use on cuprous
metals.
Chlorinated & fatted
Saturn Hanilo 430, 480 & 481
These products are highly refined, low viscosity mineral
oils containing fatty oils synergized with stable chlorinated
additives.These grades are recommended for honing of steel liners, ball
bearing races, super finishing operation. Even on hardened metals &
also flat honing operation.These grades offer improved surface finished
& extended tool life.These grades are non-staining and non-corrosive to
cuprous metals.
Saturn 482
Highly refined mineral oil containing fatty oils
synergized with stable chlorinated additives.Recommended for thread
grinding form grinding milling, automatic lathe work etc.This grade offers
economy in usage.Ideally suited for machining of both ferrous and
non-ferrous metals.
Saturn Hydraulic ZZ grade are superclean, zinc
free hydraulic fluids formulated from solvent refined base stock meeting
the most stringent requirement of modern hydraulic system. Saturn Hyspin ZZ grades are
recommended for applications encountering:

Quenching and heat transfer oils
SAT MACH IND Quench 909, 1800, 1890
SAT MACH IND
Quenching oils are oils formulated to serve as a fluid media in quenching
operation.
Different quenching media provide a variety of
cooling rates. When the fastest cooling rate is required water or brine
solutions are used as quenching media. Air quenching produces the lowest cooling rate.
Oils are intermediate quenching
media and they are ideal for quenching steels
(oil-hardened steels, Tool and die
steels).
Cooling rates obtained in oil quenching and
the final hardness
of the parts are determined by the specific heat of the oil: the higher
specific heat of the oil, the greater hardness value may be obtained.
Oils providing relatively high cooling rates
are called accelerated oils and used for parts
having low susceptibility to cracks caused by internal stresses. Slow
cooling rates obtained by non-accelerated oils
are important in heat treatment of heavy parts, in which the surface
hardening should be achieved when the core remains ductile.
Oils are not used for quenching
non-ferrous alloys (Aluminum alloys,
Copper alloys).

- High flash point (the lowest temperature, at
which the oil vapors are ignitable);
- Oxidation stability (low oxidation rate even at
increased temperatures);
- Controlled volatility (volatile components in
oil produce stable vapor blanket in quenching);
- Thermal stability (low degradation rate of the
molecules as a result of heat.
The success of heat-treating in
metalworking depends greatly on the use of the proper quenching material. SAT MACH

Product is made of high viscosity residual neutral oil and suitable
additives. This lubricant, which is mostly suitable for the lubrication of
open gears, steel cables and ropeways. As this Saturn Cardium compound is
good for lubrication as well as it prevents Rust, due to it’s tacky and
tenacious nature it gives proper lubrication in extreme conditions. With
high water displaceable tendency this oil/Compound gives good rust
prevention in humid weather. This oil/ compound meets the API – II Standard specification and has
several properties such as high viscosity, suitable adhesive and desired
carrying capacity.

HEAVY DUTY
COMPRESSOR OILS
Sat Compressor Oils are specially developed
compressor oils to provide satisfactory lubrication under prolonged high
temperature and load conditions. These oils are exceptionally stable and are
fortified with anti-oxidant and anti-rust additives These oils are blend to
meet requirements of DIN 51506 VD-L group and ISO DIS 6521 specifications
for air compressor oils
Sat Compressor Oil C oils are
compounded to give excellent resistance to washing action of water. These
oils are formulated with selected base stocks and a special compounding
agent. The carbon formed with their use is soft and fluffy and has minimum
tendency to adhere metal surfaces.
Sat Compressor Oil C oils are recommended for cylinder
lubrication of single and multistage air compressors handling moist air.
Sat Compressor Oil C oils +form stable emulsion
with water and provide excellent lubrication of cylinder liners, piston
ring, valves, etc. Sat Compressor Oil C are not recommended for crankcase
lubrication
